Biz Tek People is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate!
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Contract Duration: 3 months with high potential for extension
Accounts Payable Associate
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate who is organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle AP, including PO/non-PO invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet substantiation
- Support month-end close and journal entries
- Manage vendor onboarding and supplier records
- Resolve invoice disputes, PO variances, payment issues, reissues, and voids
- Support Travel & Expense processes and corporate card programs
- Support and configure Concur and related T&E applications
- Assist with audits, reporting, AP controls, and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Significant hands-on Concur experience
- Travel & expense reporting
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
