Phipps Houses is seeking a skilled Real Estate Accounting professional to prepare journal entries, complete GAAP work papers, and generate audit-ready financial statements for multiple properties in New York. You will also reconcile bank accounts, analyze operating variances, and coordinate with outside auditors, with HUD/rental subsidies experience a plus.
A Bachelor’s in Accounting is required; CPA is preferred; 5–10 years of real estate accounting experience and proficiency in Yardi and Excel
