We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office activities and supporting both Accounting and Operations in maintaining contracts, permits, and key deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in trucking and construction industries is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to self-check work.
- Ability to work independently with some oversight and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be able to follow established procedures while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This position pays $18-22/hr.
