Summary

Dedicated and customer-focused individual who will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, supporting various office services and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, from reception and mail center operations to conference room support and office moves.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Support office services with daily duties such as reception, copy/print production, mail center operations, conference room support, and kitchen /pantry hospitality.
  • Ability to understand customer goals and initiatives as well as anticipate needs.
  • Assist with mail/package sort and delivery to recipients. Shipping and receiving duties.
  • Support office moves via packing and moving of furniture and boxes.
  • Assist with the fulfillment of copy/print request needs.
  • Backfill coworkers during lunches, breaks, scheduled and unscheduled absences.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements to the operation’s procedures during account coverage.
  • Assist with office supply and copier consumables (toner, staples, etc.) management.
  • Perform daily inspection and touch point service of copier equipment.
  • Manage conference room setups & breakdowns – chairs, easels, assist with all tasks associated with events management, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining conference space.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • College Degree
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to understand customer concerns and anticipate customer needs
  • Written and oral communication skills
Physical Requirements
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
