Overview
Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Talent Assistant
. This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH) and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. This position is Temp-to-Perm
.
- Enter and update candidate information in ATS
- Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience
- Schedule interviews and manage virtual meeting rooms
- Assist with campus recruiting efforts and summer associate program
- Coordinate and provide day-of support for internal and external events
- Prepare and coordinate signature of offer letters
- Manage background check and conflict check processes
- Track and submit detailed expense reports
- Pay Rate: $28-33 per hour, based on experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years’ Legal Recruiting experience
- Must have ATS experience
- Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
- Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office Suite, and able to learn new software quickly
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
