Description of the Team
This role sits within Core Weave’s leadership support organization and partners closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams across the company. The team plays a critical role in enabling leaders to operate at scale by providing operational, administrative, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
AboutThe Role
As an Executive Assistant at Core Weave, you will provide high-impact support to 3–4 senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities as the company scales. You will manage complex calendars, travel, and communications across multiple time zones while proactively anticipating executive needs. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to move quickly with minimal guidance. You’ll also support key team initiatives, reporting, and events that help drive organizational effectiveness.
WhoYou Are
- 3–5+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director and/or VP-level leaders
- Demonstrated project management experience, including tracking deliverables and driving follow-through
- Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and executive logistics
- Experience supporting or planning events such as offsites, all-hands meetings, and team events
- Strong written communication skills, including document writing and editing
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working closely with other Executive Assistants on shared initiatives or programs
