The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder & CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and can juggle everything from scheduling and travel to script coverage. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn every side of the entertainment business — development, production, and the operations of a growing media company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with project management across film/TV development, production, and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, talent representatives, and collaborators.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials as needed for meetings, pitches, and production.
  • Support on-set production needs when applicable.
  • Help maintain company organization systems and ensure deadlines are tracked.
  • Occasionally assist with personal scheduling/logistics.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or project management role is preferred (entertainment, media, or agency experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable balancing creative and administrative work.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • A passion for film, TV, and storytelling — especially women’s stories — is essential.
