Location: New York

Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple executives. This position is temporary, with an assignment length of approximately 6 months.Job Details

  • Manage the executives' busy calendars and keep them informed regarding all commitments and responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting materials and generate reports
  • Monitor incoming emails, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook
  • Arrange travel and logistics
  • Screen incoming phone calls, route appropriately, and take messages
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Pay Rate: $50-57/hr, based on experience
  • Time Commitment:
    Full time for approximately 6 months, with potential for role to go perm
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-7 years’ Executive Assistant experience
  • Tech savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly focused, with extremely professional demeanor
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
