Location:

New York, NY. This is an onsite position; only candidates located in New York or New Jersey will be considered.

Responsible for scheduling conference rooms for meetings and events within the main campus conference center.

• Oversee daily operations of conference facilities, coordinating with A/V technicians, catering teams, and environmental services to ensure seamless execution.
• Generate and distribute daily and weekly event reports to internal staff and support departments, with special attention to VIP and large-scale events requiring elevated coordination.

• 3+ years of proven experience collaborating with A/V teams, facilities management, and catering services during event planning and execution.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
• Capable of handling high-volume requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Familiarity with event planning software platforms.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
