Recruiting for an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CIO/CEO (one person) at a highly regarded investment management firm.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys being deeply involved in executive operations. The position works closely with the Chief of Staff to manage priorities, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee communications, and ensure the executive’s day-to-day runs seamlessly.
The firm is looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a financial services firm
- Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and ability to balance speed and accuracy
