Position: Ongoing Temp Receptionist at Boutique Investment Firm in Midtown
Location: New York

Overview

Our client, a boutique investment firm in Midtown, is looking to hire a ROCKSTAR Ongoing Temp Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the office. This candidate will manage the front desk's general operations and support a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, articulate, detail-oriented, polished, and capable of handling various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing reception for the office which may include meeting and greeting clients, scheduling messengers, arranging fed-ex package deliveries, and maintaining the conference room spaces.
  • Managing the conference room schedule and ordering catering for meetings.
  • Maintaining appearance of common areas.
  • Maintaining office equipment.
  • Backup support for the other EAs, as needed.
  • Oversight of all day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinating vendor services for office needs which may include researching, interviewing and overseeing certain vendor services.
  • Coordinating timely repairs and maintenance of office space and equipment.
  • Assisting with the execution of office moves, space build-out and modifications.
  • Ensuring sufficient office supplies and snacks are maintained.
  • Reviewing and approving office invoices on a timely basis.
  • Sort and distributes incoming mail.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years in a corporate, professional environment
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to juggle many tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

SALARY: $(DOE)

HOURS:

8/8:30am-5/5:30pm Monday-Friday + flexibility as needed
