At the same time, we manage opportunistic and value-add investments through our investment management platform. Our office in Flushing, NY (The Shops at Skyview Shopping Center) needs a Property Management Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering closely with accounts payable to review and approve property and tenant related invoices.
  • Preparing company service agreements and monitoring contracted services
  • Preparing monthly property information reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
  • Assisting property managers with operational tasks
  • Assisting with tenant relations and leasing related matters
  • Providing administrative support to Construction and Tenant Coordination departments as needed
  • Other administrative, clerical or operational duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1
    -2 years prior administrative or property management experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Ability to handle large volumes of clerical work
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge or MRI and Nexus a plus
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.

Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
