We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/scheduling coordinator to join our team! As the receptionist/scheduling coordinator for our busy orthodontic practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their orthodontic visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities- Greet patients as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist in an Orthodontic office
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software, such as Ortho2 Edge, but not mandatory
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
