Position: Executive Housekeeper Upper East side with Travel
Location: New York

Executive Housekeeper (Full-Time)

Location: Upper East Side (NYC) & Hamptons

Compensation: $55–$60 per hour

Schedule: Full-time; must be highly flexible

Housing: Provided in the Hamptons during summer months

Overview

A private family is seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to support and maintain luxury residences in the Upper East Side and the Hamptons. This role requires flexibility due to frequent travel and seasonal living arrangements.

Living Arrangement
  • Live-out position overall

  • Summer: Full-time in the Hamptons with housing provided

  • Travel may require schedule changes and reorganization of duties

Schedule
  • Full-time role

  • Must bevery flexiblebased on family travel and needs

  • Two guaranteed days off per week

Household Details
  • Upper East Side penthouse (two floors)

  • Hamptons home with a dedicated property maintenance team

  • Four housekeepers currently on staff in the Hamptons

  • Two dogs

Responsibilities
  • Full-charge housekeeping for high-end private residences

  • Detailed cleaning, organization, and home upkeep

  • Laundry management, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care

  • Preparing basic, healthy meals for the household

  • Coordinating with existing household staff and property maintenance team

  • Managing household supplies and inventory

  • Light administrative and household tech tasks (candidate must be tech savvy)

  • Maintaining an extremely quiet, discreet, and professional presence at all times

Requirements
  • Proven experience working in private, high-net-worth households

  • Bilingual:
    Tagalog and English preferred

  • Calm, discreet, and respectful demeanor

  • Comfortable working in homes with pets

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license preferred
