Key Objectives
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and precise data entry services.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  • Update existing records and maintain data files regularly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any errors.
  • Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
