This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our data systems, ensuring that information is entered accurately and promptly to support smooth business operations.

Key Objectives- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Support various departments by providing timely and precise data entry services.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy.
- Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Update existing records and maintain data files regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any errors.
- Generate reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
