Location: New York
Office Manager – Asset Management
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary plus bonus
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully in-office
Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (standard hours with flexibility as needed)
OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role blends office management with administrative support and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment while delivering a welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations- Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and professional workplace.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain seamless operations.
- Develop, implement, and uphold office policies and procedures that support productivity and culture.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and well-resourced start.
- Coordinate meetings, office events, and team initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist with expense reporting and track budgets related to office operations.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office management systems is a plus. - Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing shifting priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
