Are you an experienced professional with a knack for organization and a passion for providing exceptional service? We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fully on-site role based in New York, offering a competitive pay rate of $21-$22 per hour. The position is a 12-month contract with the exciting potential to transition into a permanent role.
Your role will include:- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing conference rooms, ensuring they are presentable and equipped for meetings, and assisting with Zoom setups when needed.
- Handling time & expense reports and excelling at booking travel arrangements.
- Ordering and organizing office supplies.
- Supporting senior and junior employees with expenses, travel, calendar management, meetings, and catering arrangements.
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Concur, and booking both domestic and international travel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
