Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will support the team by managing day-to-day responsibilities that support the growth of our socks and hosiery business and help drive sales. This is an opportunity to work with major brands as well as national retailors.

• Assist sales team with customer or brand-related projects as needed
• Manage and submit all cross-department requests to ensure completion to standards. This includes but not limited to: tracking and communicating updates in customer master data, weekly ATS file and excess inventory availability, air table requests, order templates, PO submission etc.
• Track orders against customer projections and inventory
• Review weekly sales reports and updates in cross functional systems
• Maintain seasonal line assortment presentations and files
• Prepare for market appointments by creating calendar invites and arranging presentations and samples
• Manage samples received and send/organize samples as needed (track samples with Production team and send samples to retail accounts)
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• 1+ year of wholesale experience preferred (internship experience included)
• Strong Excel skills (experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS preferred)
• Strong analytical skills; retail math reporting / selling analysis
• Experience with Full-Price, Specialty, or Club wholesale businesses is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
• Attentive to sales teams needs, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task (prioritizing projects based on timelines / due dates)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Annual salary starting at $55,000
