We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, marketing activities, and project administration. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent internal and client service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general office and clerical support
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage mail distribution and office correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, contracts, and purchase orders
- Enter and track opportunities in CRM
- Support marketing initiatives and materials
- Assist with project invoicing and expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and office events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and meeting minutes
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Track and order office supplies
- Assist with billings and client database management
- Support conference calls and Board meeting logistics
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of office administration experience
