Location: New York

A UHNW Family Office with homes and interests in New York and London is looking for a New York–based Personal Assistant to support the Principal and his spouse. The role will be based in their New York office, with some planned international travel to the UK (approximately twice a year for up to 2 weeks at a time). The firm will book a hotel or apartment for the assistant when they visit the UK.

The PA will work in close partnership with an established Executive Assistant to ensure the coordination of the family’s diary, personal affairs and alignment with business commitments. The role is 5 days in office in the Flatiron District at the office of the business the family owns that has 100 employees. The family has properties in London, Manchester and the Cotswalds.

the Job
  • Take full ownership of family diary management, working closely with the Business EA to ensure seamless operations between personal and business schedules across UK/US
  • Coordinate End-to-end travel and logistics management for the family, including UK/U.S. travel and holidays
  • Oversight and coordination of family lifestyle operations, including housekeepers, nanny, and chef.
  • Oversight of property management, including liaison with managing agents and maintenance coordination
  • Management of family assets and personal administration, including vehicles, insurance, reservations, and holiday planning
  • Running errands and providing hands‑on support in New York and during UK travel
About You
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO (large, publicly traded co. preferred)
  • BA/BS from a college or university
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Comfortable in an office-based New York role with periodic international travel - flexibility is required
  • Strong operational capability with a calm, solutions‑focused approach
  • Highly organised, proactive, discreet, and personable
  • Experience supporting UHNW’s a plus
