* This position begins with an on-site training schedule of
* 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM*, Monday through Friday, for approximately
* 90 days*.
After completing training, the role transitions into the team schedule of
* 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM*, Monday through Friday (35 hours/week).

* We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist - Tier
1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured office environment, and is looking to build a strong foundation in business operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing or interested in Business Administration, offering hands-on experience in areas such as customer support, scheduling, documentation, workflow management, and office coordination. You will serve as the first line of support for our customers, providing exceptional service while developing skills that can lead to future advancement in operations, project management, or client services.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Serve as the initial point of contact for customer calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support

* Process customer orders accurately and maintain detailed, organized records

* Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination to support project timelines

* Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for internal teams and customers

* Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, building skills relevant to business administration

* Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction

* Contribute to improving workflow processes and documentation practices

* Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, tracking, and coordination activities
