Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to work at a facility in New York, NY
. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: 22 / hour

W2

Shift details
  • Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, 37.5 hours
Job Description s

The temporary Administrative Assistant should have a good to excellent facility with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.), should be able to scan large documents, and should be willing and able to learn routine computerized tasks with instruction. An interest in the criminal justice system and in the details of how that system functions is optimal, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Scanning large volume of incoming mail received and distributing electronic copies to the attorneys
  • Archiving large backlog of paper files
  • Opening new cases and closing completed cases in NY Matters
  • Other duties assigned
  • Qualifications

    Minimum of 3 years of office experience required.

    Preferred education:

    Technical Degree/Certification Program and/or Bachelors Degree.
