Complex is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our New York office. This role is essential in maintaining a productive and welcoming workplace environment, supporting both staff and leadership with administrative functions, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility‑related issues
- Oversee day‑to‑day office functions to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office communal and kitchen areas
- Manage key cards and office access for all employees and visitors
- Coordinate weekly company lunches, ensuring variety and accommodating dietary needs
- Shipping and receiving of packages, ensuring timely distribution and tracking
- Schedule and plan internal events, team gatherings, and company celebrations
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including desk setup and office orientation
- Serve as the point of contact for building management and office vendors
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of office‑related issues
- Support HR and internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Provide in‑office support to the New York location 5 days a week
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager/coordinator in a corporate office setting
- You’re a people person who enjoys being the go‑to for office support
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- You’re detail‑oriented, catching the little things others might miss
- You can switch gears quickly and adapt to shifting priorities
- You have a “no task too small” mentality and a can‑do attitude
- You enjoy creating a positive office vibe and fostering a collaborative culture
- You’re comfortable liaising with vendors, delivery services, and building management

$70,000 - $72,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of rate of pay per hour, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
