LHH is looking for an Office Assistant for our client in NYC. This position would be working with a Non-Profit Organization and focus on front desk, office management and ad-hoc projects.
This Office Assistant will be part of the 6 person administrative team and can also assist with the following:
- Telephone support/screening
- Filing
- Copying
- Scanning
- Scheduling
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or office support experience
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A positive, "can do" attitude!
This position will compensate between $22-25/hr, contingent on experience.
