The Office Facilities is seeking candidates for Student Employment Office Support.
Main Responsibilities- General office support, including but not limited to, copying, filing, data entry, monitoring the department conference room reservations, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide administrative assistance using the department’s work order system, including monitoring, assigning, closing, and dispatching calls to technicians.
- Answer phone calls and monitor general email account as needed
- Assisting visitors including vendors, staff, faculty, and students
May assist with projects and events as needed
Learning Objectives- Professional office setting processes, procedures, and methods
- Organizational methods and procedures
- General office experience in a fast-paced facilities-oriented environment
Learning TCNJ support systems and campus resources
Preferred Qualifications- Experience using Google Suite
- Great customer service attitude
- Basic knowledge of TCNJ’s campus
- Organizational skills
- Polite and professional manners in working with the campus community and general public
