The Client Administration Associate’s objective will be to maintain the client service functions to support Private Placement Life Insurance product structures in a high quality and timely manner. These functions include monetary and clerical transaction processing, Private Placement Memorandum Supplement distribution, Fin Cen reviews and quality control functions.

What You Will Get To Do
  • Execute monetary and clerical functions in accordance with client instructions.
  • Respond to client requests (oral and written).
  • Maintain data on the administration system.
  • File/maintain client documentation in the Client Files.
  • Execute bulk mailings such as the PPM Supplement function, Privacy Mailings and other client notifications.
  • Execute quality control audits on prepared and processed work items.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred and 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in an insurance, financial services, or investment environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • The ability to maintain working relationships with clients.
  • Desire to learn and become proficient in the client service functions.
  • Maintain a service-oriented approach to our internal and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quickly changing requirements/priorities when needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills & experience along with influential communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
