We are looking for a Freelance Beauty Inventory Business Support for a top beauty brand in New York, New York!

Responsibilities
  • Run an SAP systems report every morning - quota allocation blocks
  • Provide launches for all retailers - all new items, launches, set and no cost items
  • Review brand allocations to determine increase/decrease, address all violations, approve and manage inventory numbers for retailers
  • This person would assist in administrative and data entry tasks in regards to this reporting
  • Would ultimately be responsible for 1+ brands in the portfolio
  • Each brand has an order form: everything we need to know about the SKU has to be managed in the order form - set the template for the year, instruct the markering team to fill in sku details for all prducts that will be allocated - this personwould review the order form files and report back on status (what are we missing, which are ready to go, who do we need to reach out to to have this finished and ready)
  • Set allocation files - files used for yearly sets - holiday sets - making sure the allocation orders match correctly
  • SAP - ensure sku details are in orderable status, are set up and inventory is accounted for - would be responsible for setting up codes in the form code to prepare it for the PAS system
  • Order Form Meetings- consultant join, listen, take notes in order to execute tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years prior administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • PAS (product allocation system) data entry and file updates
  • Communication to the commerce team on published new forms
  • SAP transactions form creation, checks on inventory and closing of forms
