Location: New York
A healthcare company is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of executive-level responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Streamline internal systems to ensure efficiency and smooth operations
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
- Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within healthcare or corporate settings
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
- High level of discretion and professionalism
$9k - $100k/Year
