An investment banking client in NYC is seeking a polished Administrative Assistant to support two senior partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of executive support, office coordination, and event-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative support to two senior partners
- Coordinate events, catering, and conference room scheduling
- Handle expense reporting and reimbursements
- Manage restaurant reservations and meeting logistics
- Assist with light facilities and general office support as needed
- Provide occasional backfill coverage for office operations
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or senior partners required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-oriented banking environment
