We’re partnering with a $800M+ investment management firm to hire an Office Coordinator (Financial Services) in New York, NY, supporting day-to-day office operations and team coordination. This in-office role (with WFH Fridays during the summer) offers $75,000–$100,000/year + bonus, strong growth potential, and a collaborative culture with excellent benefits. You will support daily office operations including reception, meeting and vendor coordination, facilities and supply management, mail and deliveries, event planning, and administrative support across teams.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or office management role within a professional or financial services environment. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to handle confidential information. Experience with Tri Net Expense is a plus.
