Location: New York
Infrastructure platform helping enterprises deploy and scale AI-powered workflows is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their two Co-Founders. With their recent Series A, this is an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking, driven team of 20. In this role, you'll provide support to both the CEO and CTO, managing calendars and coordinating meetings, booking travel, coordinating interview logistics, and organizing events while also handling light office management.
There will be light personal coordination support to the Executives. Someone driven, hungry, and proactive with an ownership mentality and self-management skills who is reliable and consistent, responsive while handling multiple threads, and anticipates needs by proactively looking ahead. This is an in-office role based in SoHo, NYC. 120-140K DOE + equity, benefits, 401k and generous PTO.
- Provide support to the CEO and CTO.
- Manage complex calendars, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Book travel and transportation, handle trip logistics, and create detailed itineraries for both executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team and respond to inquiries on their behalf.
- Organize company and conference events, including managing all travel and logistics coordination.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate onsite logistics in partnership.
- Handle light office management responsibilities, including food and supplies, managing the office budget, processing invoices, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. Greet and interact with visitors and guests at the office.
- Provide light personal coordination to the CEO and CTO, including reservations and appointments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or leadership, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
- Proactive, forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Extremely organized with strong follow-through and the ability to ensure priorities are executed consistently.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who works well independently and requires minimal oversight.
- Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines without needing to be handheld or checked in with frequently.
- Accessible and responsive with the ability to handle multiple threads and touchpoints simultaneously.
- High EQ with clear, concise communication skills.
- Trusted with confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean startup environment.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, urgency, and proactive problem-solving.
