Location: New York
A community-focused housing organization located in New York is seeking a Lease Renewal Specialist. In this role, you will support the execution and documentation of lease renewals, ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with tenants, organizing renewal documents, and tracking deadlines. Ideal candidates will possess 2–4 years of experience in leasing or compliance, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have strong organizational skills.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year.
