Mount Sinai -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including budget preparation, control activities, and preparation of records, statistics, and reports;
Serve as liaison with purchasing, human resources, facilities and operations;
Manage HR and payroll transactions and generate weekly payroll submissions;
Plan and coordinate logistics for forums, conferences, seminars, meetings and visiting professorships; develop packets and transcribe minutes;
Investigate and resolve administrative and operational problems; manage supplies, vendor contracts, and grant-related activities
