Mary Christman and Gabrielle Maisonet are partnering with a local client seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Accounting & Inventory Clerk! This role supports daily inventory operations, high‑volume data entry, and essential accounting tasks. Ideal for candidates who enjoy organization, accuracy, multi‑tasking, and keeping systems running smoothly.

Job Duties
- Create and maintain project schedules and task lists in the project accounting system
- Work with project managers weekly to gather schedule updates
- Update project tasks and materials management system based on current timelines
- Manage "order‑by dates" and adjust timelines as needed
- Monitor hardware shipments and coordinate changes with project managers
- Update bi‑weekly financial and material forecasts
- Review dashboards and system reports to monitor project progress
- Close out tasks and projects in the accounting system for billing

Requirements - Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in performing accounting entries and understanding financial principles.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and generate detailed reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers.
- Familiarity with inventory control software or systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or logistics is beneficial.
