Description

Are you looking to grow your career with a thriving organization? We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our expanding team on a temp-to-hire basis. If you have experience with time and attendance, as well as electronic timekeeping systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Accurately process employee payroll in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

+ Collect, verify, and reconcile timesheets and attendance records

+ Input and maintain payroll information in electronic timekeeping systems

+ Assist with payroll reporting and audits

+ Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and timekeeping

+ Support the HR and finance departments with other payroll-related duties as needed

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

+ Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar payroll support role

+ Proficiency with time and attendance management and electronic timekeeping systems (such as ADP, Workday, Paychex, Kronos, or similar)

+ Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
