IBPS or the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is a government body established in 1975 at Mumbai, Maharashtra. The body is responsible for recruitment in Clerical & Officer division at all nationalized banks in India (except SBI). IBPS annually conducts a national-level test for clerical recruitment at various nationalized banks in India. The IBPS Clerk recruitment involves 2 stages of tests – Preliminary & Main before finally being absorbed for the post.

As of now, no official notification has been released with regards to IBPS Clerk 2018 recruitment.
However, in 2017, 7,884 (approx) vacancies were released.
The IBPS Clerk 2018 (Preliminary) examination will be conducted on 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th December 2018
.
The main exam will be conducted on 20th January 2019.
Mode of AnsweringIBPS Clerk 2018 (both Preliminary & Main test) will be computer-based test (CBT).
Medium of ExaminationIBPS Clerk 2018 (both preliminary & Main) will be conducted in both HINDI & ENGLISH except for English language skill test.
IBPS Clerk 2018 Eligibility CriteriaNationality
Aspirants must hold ensure either of the following nationalities:
- Citizenship of India or
- subject of Bhutan or Nepal or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
IBPS Clerk 2018 Age limit must lie between 20 years and 28 years. Candidate must be born on or after 2nd Sept 1990 and before 1st Sept 1998.
Age relaxations offered under various categories are as follows:

Academic Qualification (As on September 2018)Applicants must have graduated from any recognized university or institute.
It is mandatory for the candidates to be possessing original degree at the time of registration for the IBPS Clerk 2018 exam.
In addition to that, candidates must have the knowledge of computer system and should be able to operate its functioning.
Candidates must have proficiency in the official language of the state or the union territory where the applicant has applied to work for.
IBPS Clerk 2018 Application forms are yet to be released.
The application form must be filled online and will be available on the official website of IBPS.

IBPS Clerk 2018 fee is Rs. 600 for candidates of general category and Rs. 100 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/EXSM category.
Candidates are required to pay the application fee through the medium of:
