ResponsibilitiesSummary
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Provide administrative support to the Club Business Affairs department, including Executive Vice President, Vice President, Sr. Directors and Sr. Managers.
- General duties will include, but are not limited to: answering phones, coordinating travel arrangements, and calendar management.
- Preparing and tracking payment of expense reports.
- Facilitating internal meetings and, as necessary, off-site logistics.
- Managing the review/approval process, including related internal trafficking of Club and League marketing materials.
- Interacting with a wide range of organizational personnel and external parties of all levels, including Member Clubs, partners, licensees and vendors.
- Standard administrative duties as well as responsibility for administrative projects.
- Other miscellaneous/departmental related duties as assigned.
Knowledge Areas/Experience
Required
- Prior experience in a support role.
- Excellent technology skills including fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Experience at a League, sports team or media property.
- Understanding of the NHL, our teams and events.
Education/Certifications
- College degree.
Required Skills
- Must be self-motivated, well organized, and be able to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Must be adaptable, flexible and detail oriented.
- Ability to work overtime is necessary.

The NHL offers U.S. regular, full-time employees a range of benefits and a salary in the following range:
SALARY RANGE: $65-75K
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
