As a Seasonal
, Leasing Office Receptionist
, you will help support leasing operations by serving as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, organized check‑in experience, and accurately capturing guest information. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused team player who thrives in a fast‑paced office and wants exposure to the residential leasing process.

What you will do:
  • Greet and invite clients into our office as the first point of contact at the reception desk.
  • Verify client information during the check‑in process and input guest information into our Residential Management System with specific details regarding the prospect’s apartment search.
  • Answer tenant questions and concerns regarding the leasing process.
  • Maintain and replenish client areas (office lobby) and employee areas with office supplies, refreshments, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, responding to and expediting inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
What you should have:
  • A “can‑do attitude” with the ability to multitask and remain calm under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Personable and outgoing who naturally has the ability to connect with all people and creates memorable interactions.
  • A Team Player who does not hesitate to step in wherever needed who enjoys being part of a winning team.
  • An effective communicator who loves naturally conversing with people and understands the importance of listening.
  • Versatile and able to adapt to a variety of tasks and situations in order to perform the duties of the job.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Receptionist or customer service experience.
  • The ability to work weekends (required).

Rate per Hour: $22.66

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
