Overview
A private client is seeking a Personal Assistant
. This position provides day-to-day support to the client at both their residence and their office in New York City
.
Provide concierge-style personal assistant services, including but not limited to:
- General scheduling and appointment management
- Medical and health-related administrative support
- Domestic and international travel management
- Vendor management, including liaising with building staff
- Supervision and documentation of projects and contracted work
- Expense, subscription, and service management
- Technology support, including device and software troubleshooting
- Performing research, summarizing data, and suggesting future action
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7-10 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant working with senior executives or high net-worth individuals
- Tech savvy and able to effectively troubleshoot technology
- Available to work non-standard hours as needed
- Strong client service and project management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- $150, annually, based on experience
