Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires flexibility to provide coverage at many sites throughout the region.
Your Impact- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
- Maintains a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Engages in responsibilities such as Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
- Attends cross‑functional trainings to provide coverage when short‑staffed.
- Provides site coverage as needed, with flexibility to change schedule/location on short notice.
- Collaborates with multiple account teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility, minimizing impact on client services.
- Prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.
- Reviews electronic files for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates, and performs pre‑delivery quality control.
- Receives, logs, delivers, and tracks all activity for reporting purposes.
- Responds to customer requests.
- Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and request fulfillment.
- Performs daily convenience care functions as needed.
- Receives, sorts, delivers, and processes all courier items and mail.
- Tracks courier and accountable items (Fed Ex, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.
- Responds to customer requests.
- Performs routine upkeep of equipment.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Performs front office reception duties: greets visitors, answers phones, takes messages, schedules conference rooms, and enters data.
- Responds to customer needs, accepts deliveries, and sets up food and beverages for meetings.
- May also be responsible for copy/binding/copier maintenance.
- Ensures all filing assignments are completed.
- Creates, maintains, updates, and monitors files, file database, and file rooms.
- Coordinates special projects and other functions assigned by client contact and Site Manager.
- Ensures all file rooms remain intact at all times.
- Supports customer satisfaction by maintaining reprographic equipment.
- Follows daily maintenance processes and procedures.
- Performs routine upkeep: cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner, loading paper.
- Evaluates equipment issues and notifies service department if unresolved.
- Delivers paper.
- Assists end‑users with basic equipment functionality.
- Records meter reads.
- Maintains service activity reports.
- Monitors supplies and restocks inventory.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving of packages, materials, parts, or products, and maintaining all shipment records.
- Receives shipments, counts pieces, retains paperwork, follows delivery schedules, and secures customer signatures.
- Operates shipping/receiving equipment, responds to requests, performs data entry, and maintains inventory.
- Processes and monitors all inventory movements within assigned responsibilities and locations.
- Analyzes ongoing inventory activity.
- Assists in identifying slow‑moving or obsolete inventory and low inventory levels.
- Monitors and communicates inventory status.
- Initiates, conducts, and reports on physical inventories.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus < 1 year of related experience.
