The Development Partnership Specialist is a key member of FRCF’s development team, responsible for supporting the cultivation, stewardship, and growth of both individual and organizational donors—particularly multi-location and franchise-based partners. This role blends relationship management, administrative excellence, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth, consistent, and impactful development cycle.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is ideal for a positive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy team player who is passionate about supporting underserved youth, especially children of first responders. This role is based at the FRCF NYC headquarters and plays a hands‑on role in supporting both development and program‑related events. The Strategic Partnerships & Account Manager will be a key contributor to ensuring all FRCF events are properly equipped and positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Account & Franchise Partner Management- Serve as a primary point of coordination for multi-location donors and partners, including franchise or chapter-based organizations.
- Support relationship management across both corporate headquarters and individual locations, ensuring alignment, consistency, and clear communication.
- Respond to and schedule donor and partner meeting inquiries; coordinate follow‑ups and next steps.
- Prepare and send tailored stewardship and follow‑up materials to support long‑term engagement.
- Conduct prospect and partner research to identify opportunities for expanded support across locations.
- Assist in tracking engagement, commitments, and performance of franchise or multi‑site partners.
- Support day‑to‑day development operations, including sending emails, scheduling calls, and coordinating calendars.
- Own development tracking and reporting tools, including Bloomerang, Excel spreadsheets, Donor Box campaigns, and fundraisers—ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Maintain clean and up‑to‑date donor records, including entering donations and checks into the CRM and coordinating deposits.
- Support proposal creation, sponsorship decks, and basic design using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Acknowledge donors with thank‑you notes, tax acknowledgements and gifts (according to giving level).
- Maintain inventory, pack, prepare, and ship FRCF‑branded material to donors.
- Serve as a key contributor to development and program‑related events, ensuring all events have the necessary materials to be successful.
- Maintain inventory, pack, prepare, and ship FRCF‑branded materials, signage, collateral, and supplies for events, partners, and field teams.
- Maintain inventory of branded materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Assist with event logistics, including:
- Creating and managing invite lists
- Sending invitations and tracking RSVPs
- Coordinating event materials and timelines
- Experience in a previous administrative, coordinator, or account support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage logistics, materials, and timelines in support of multiple events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with donors, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRMs, donor databases, or event platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to onboard and learn Bloomerang, Donor Box, and Canva if not already familiar.
- Inventory and fulfillment management a plus.
- Commitment to supporting underserved children, specifically first responder families.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- This position is located at the FRCF headquarters in New York, NY.
- Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer .
- Travel required to support program events and partner engagements.
