Executive Assistant to the President & CEO
Location: New York City
Position Type: Full-time in person (5 days a week)
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant provides high-level executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the Office of the President.
The Executive Assistant must exercise excellent judgment in a variety of situations, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and bring exceptional organizational and administrative abilities to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. This individual will work independently on projects, manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, and remain calm and effective under pressure while supporting a wide range of executive and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the President & CEO
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, agendas, and follow-up materials
- Support internal and external communications
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with special projects, events, and time-sensitive initiatives
- Update and manage database and mailing lists
- Set-up and manage telecommunication including zoom, google meet and Microsoft Teams.
- Organize and manage office filing system
- Serve as trusted support to the President & CEO
- Anticipating needs and staying ahead of priorities
- Acting as a polished, organized, and reliable point of contact in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive matters
- A strong communicator with a professional, polished presence
- Minimum of three years’ experience supporting executives
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, social media, AI platforms, and telecommunication programs (zoom, google meet, teams).
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
