Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator | Carle Place, NY | Fully On-Site
A well-established and highly regarded title insurance agency is seeking a Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator with 1–5 years of experience to support residential and commercial real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, detail-oriented team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate title insurance transactions from opening through closing
-Manage files, data entry, and transaction documentation with accuracy
-Assist with conflict resolution and issue tracking throughout the transaction lifecycle
-Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, lenders, and outside parties
-Support closing desk and policy preparation as needed
Qualifications
-1–5 years of experience in title insurance and transaction coordination
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
-Proficiency with title software;
Tracker Pro experience is a plus
-Closing desk and/or policy knowledge is a plus
-Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality work
