About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support daily business functions, including organizing files, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records. The Administrative Assistant will also contribute to internal communications, proofreading documents to uphold professional standards.

Ultimately, this position serves as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective office management and administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheet management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Prepare and proofread internal communications to keep staff informed.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing logistics.
  • Utilize spreadsheets to track data, generate reports, and support office administration activities.
  • Provide general office management support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
