Join a world-class investment management firm supporting a team of Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts. This role sits at the center of the investment team, combining high-level coordination with research and presentation support. Ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior investment professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Overview / responsibilities include:- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and investment materials
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and team logistics
- Assist with preparation of research materials and internal presentations
- Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Provide day-to-day support to keep the investment team operating efficiently
- Several years experience supporting senior professionals (
Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar, MUST HAVE this prior experience
) - Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Concur a plus - Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and discretion
- Team-oriented with flexibility during busy periods
- Thrives in a fast paced, multitasking job
