Our client, an advertising firm, is looking for a long term temporary Facilities Coordinator! They are seeking someone with a great attitude who has the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
This assignment will start asap and be an ongoing temporary assignment.
Hours: 7:45am - 5pm
Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs.
- Set up, break down, and support meetings, events, and office moves, including occasional late nights or weekends.
- Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, ticketing system, desk maps, and asset records; troubleshoot and assist users.
- Coordinate vendor visits and projects; maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Oversee inventory, stock, and maintenance for supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
- Support safety programs, including fire safety checks and warden assistance.
- Provide light maintenance (e.g., filter changes, small repairs) and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Assist with AV, catering, and logistics for events and happy hours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and guests.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs – dolly would be provided
- Must be dependable, reliable and people-oriented
- Problem-solving and professional work ethic
- Ability to work with professionals of all types
