The Registration Assistant will provide event attendee management support for investor conference. The Registration Coordinator will manage registration check-in processes including confirming identity via drivers license, checking‑in attendees, entering and if necessary modifying registration data.
Skills and AbilitiesRequired
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and communicates effectively
- Effective verbal communication, with the ability to deliver clear, concise information tailored to a specific audience
- Exceptionally detail‑oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output, ensuring accurate information
- Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising judgment
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt, multitask in an extremely fast‑paced environment
- Strong customer service skills to provide consistent level of service and professional support for attendees in a timely manner
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Registration/Event Management software and database applications
- Experience in the event industry preferred
