Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and ensure our team has what they need to operate efficiently. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes ownership of tasks, and has a “no task too small” mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize a 7‑person office, ensuring a clean, orderly, and well‑supplied environment
  • Order, stock, and organize groceries and office supplies
  • Set up the conference room for internal and external meetings
  • Print, bind, and prepare documents for review and signature
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail; make occasional trips to the post office
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors (IT support, building services, etc.) including scheduling, receiving, and tracking service requests
  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties as needed
  • Assist the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort working independently and taking initiative
  • Familiarity with mailing/shipping processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in office management, reception, or administrative support
  • A service‑oriented mindset and willingness to handle tasks of all sizes
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Part‑time: 3 days/week. We are willing to accommodate the days and hours based on your needs. We will happily work around class schedules if you are a part‑time student.
