Location: New York
A Midtown asset management firm needs to hire a detail oriented Office Manager.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests
- Handling basic admin tasks such as phone calls, email correspondence, basic HR duties
- Tracking office inventory and expenses
- Liaising with vendors
- Overseeing equipment and supply orders and maintenance
- Ensuring the fridge is stocked
- Ordering lunches
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Interfacing with the firm’s payables department
- Coordinating schedules and managing executive's calendar
- Handling any special tasks that may arise
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Operates at a high level of proficiency
- Tech‑savvy and familiar with top operating systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, a team player, and a great multi‑tasker with keen attention to detail
Salary range: 75-120K, depending on experience, plus benefits.
